Vitality Brands HQ is located in the bustling heart of busy Cremorne. Surrounded by some of Melbourne’s best coffee spots and bars, it boasts tranquil parks and views of the Yarra river. Our purpose-built office is a beautiful place to work, decked out in calming tones and natural wood, with light-drenched windows and plenty of plants. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to have a good day. Think: coffee, sit-and-stand desks, on-site parking, a fully stocked bar fridge and table tennis. (Every new team member gets their own bat.)

With over 15 years spent in FMCG, Aden is a skilled professional with deep experience in commercial finance and in sales, planning, manufacturing, logistics and procurement.
Aden currently leads several departments at Vitality Brands (including commercial finance, FP&A, treasury, planning, IT, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, quality, regulatory, and technical) where he drives projects from ideation to implementation. Known for his inclusive leadership style, Aden is dedicated to facilitating respect, trust, and collaboration – he loves bringing out the best in the individuals on his teams and empowering them to excel.
Beyond his professional achievements, Aden loves staying fit through his love for sports. He cherishes his role as a parent – it’s what brings joy to his life (and keeps him busy).
Lucinda has worked in marketing for almost two decades, gaining invaluable experience in that time across a range of industries, including beverage, beauty, and retail. She’s passionate about great marketing and believes in its power to make a real difference in driving brand growth.
Lucinda is a natural leader and loves managing her team of fresh thinkers, encouraging them to always bring innovative ideas to the table. She’s also enthusiastic about having fun at work and loves sharing a good laugh with her colleagues while delivering excellent professional results.
In her free time, Lucinda enjoys socialising with friends over a margarita, hitting up a dance floor and cherishing quality time with her children.
A seasoned professional with more than a decade of experience in human resources, Carly’s dedication to creating workplace harmony and an environment where people can be their best selves has driven her success. Prior to landing in human resources, Carly completed a degree in Psychology and spent time as a counsellor, so she brings a considered and thoughtful approach to the business. With a passion for making a difference in the company, as well as the wider community, Carly’s unique experience across a wide range of industries makes her a true asset, to Vitality Brands as well as her fellow employees.
For Carly, life is all about balance, and she embraces that approach both professionally and personally. A devoted mother of a cheeky, spirited daughter, during the week, you’ll find her practising hot Pilates and taking walks with her beloved dog, while on the weekend, she’s likely found dining out or catching up with friends.
With two decades of experience in FMCG, Matt has spent most of his career in Australia but has also worked in the UK. His background is in the health and well-being sector, and he is passionate about selling products that can improve people's lives.
For Matt, success comes from building a strong team culture where laughter and positivity are the norm. He believes in curating an environment in which his team feels supported and motivated to achieve their goals. Matt takes pride in seeing his products reach consumers worldwide and enjoys the satisfaction that comes from knowing he has made a positive impact.
Outside of work, Matt loves spending time with his wife and three children, who keep him active and entertained. When he's not busy with work or family, you'll find Matt near the water, indulging in his love of the ocean through surfing, swimming, or soaking up the scenery.
As a dynamic and seasoned managing director, Rich brings a wealth of experience to the table, having worked in commercial operations, finance, and business development for over 40 years. He leads with a passion for creating and maximising value, always looking for exciting opportunities to offer his highly valued team. With a positive attitude and a joke always at the ready, Rich is known for inspiring and motivating his colleagues to achieve their best.
Outside of work, Rich is a true believer in the power of sports and travel to foster personal growth. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys participating in a variety of activities. Travel is another passion – Rich believes that exploring new places and cultures can broaden one's perspective and provide valuable life experiences. Despite his busy schedule, Rich prioritises his family above all else – he loves nothing more than spending quality time with his loved ones.
Ian is a dedicated co-owner of Vitality Brands who takes pride in working collaboratively with his team to create positive change and sustainable outcomes that benefit all stakeholders. As an integral part of the business, he finds joy in making a difference in the lives of consumers.
With a wealth of experience as a director, legal counsel, and relationship and sustainability developer across Asia Pacific, Europe, and India, Ian is committed to doing what is right.
His passion lies in bringing out the best in his colleagues and inspiring them to achieve their goals. Ian believes in empowering individuals to take charge of their own destinies through creating a work culture that goes beyond compliance and promotes happiness and positivity.
Out of the office, Ian is a lover of tennis, golf, and dancing, and also enjoys immersing himself in beautiful natural environments. As a born and bred Melburnian, he’s proud to represent the values of an Australian-owned business as it continues to expand on a global stage
